Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

We currently only ship within the United States (USA). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Addresses & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We do ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Fourera’s Natural Beauty, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only serve customers within the United States.
